People. Hands down The Best Italian Restaurant in WA if not western United States. Better than anything one has a right to expect. Outstanding Proprietor Chef. Terrific waitstaff. Four of us dined here. Don't miss this if you are in the Winthrop area.

We had a wonderful meal at Tappi! Service was very attentive and the food was delicious! The cloud bread with tomatoes and chèvre, "Linda" pizza, and roast eggplant/Zucchini starter were all winners. It is evident that John take a huge amount of care and attention with this restaurant, from the management to the authenticity of the food. Will be back next time we are in Twisp!

My wife and I stopped for dinner here because we were craving Italian food. We were immediately greeted by the man making the pizzas ( I think he was the owner) he was very nice and accommodating. The waitress was also very nice and personable. We ordered pizzas and they were incredible. 10/10

Thanks for asking. Keeping staff and customers safe is as important to us as delivering the best Italian country food available. Here is our protocol: Tappi is take-out only. All staff and customers are required to wear a mask inside during service. Hand sanitizer is available at the door, at the pickup table, and throughout the kitchen. Staff wash hands frequently. Only two parties allowed in the house at any time. No public restroom.
Hi, Alan. Thanks for your support and your question. We are not yet staffed adequately to serve in-house as well as provide take-out dinners to guests. We are waiting for staff to be fully vaccinated; and we want to see a steady decline in Covid infection numbers and a steady increase in vaccinations. As of October 20, 2020, we are closed Wednesday and Thursday. We are open for takeout Friday-Tuesday from 5:00 PM — 7:30 PM.
