Very unhappy and angry about the service we receive from P Vetco Petco Prince Frederick today. The VetBrianna was just sit there and not so nice ,the assistant was friendly and did all the shots. but the intake girl inside name Cristen S was very rude. We were waiting in the car since 4.17 pm. We got a text that we supposed to wait in the car u til we get a text so we can get to the van but we never got a text. Finally talked to the vet in the van and told us we needed to check in inside.No one ever td us this. Drove 40 mins to prince frederick today .used vetco service in 2017 ,2018, 2019 and understand that there's always a long line but today the communication really bad and the service from Cristen was horrible and the Vet did not print our paperwork like they always do. Will never come to this petco anymore and will never use Vetco service anymore. It's more expensive than the. price cause the Booster are not included. The girl Cristen wasforcefully putting on a neck leash on our little puppy while my husband holding her the entire time and I toldher that we dont use that leash on ourlittle dogs. We have harness and leash for her on her.not neck leash. She only did that to us and not to any other customers before us and after us. I m expecting vetco petco to call me about this rude service. A lawsuit can be filed by us and that girl should not work with any customers who pays her pay check. Horrible Vetco service to long term customer S

Nice store, employees very friendly and professional. An employee noticed I that I could not find what I was looking for and asked if she could assist. Instead of telling me the item number she took me to the two items I was looking for...awesome!

Utilized Vetco for my Chihuahua. They checked her over, listened to her heart (little murmor), checked her ears for infection or mites (none of course), gave her her vaccines and scheduled her for booster. I visited inside and people who work there were helpful in finding check in and then patient while I contacted prior vet for vaccine dates and on hold for a bit. No huffing or rolling of eyes. I came back 2 days later and got the full works of grooming. Knowledgeable and friendly staff in grooming area, at check in, while trying to set up my phone for Vital Care program. You pay monthly for super rewards on Pals account, Vetco visits cash back type rewards and grooming discounts. One monthly fee and you have a groomed and vetted pet and dropping in for nail trims while spending all the rewards spoiling your pup! Mine is worth it, how about yours? Excellent place. I have shopped at Petco of course but I did not use grooming or Vet survices (which are a service Ive barely heard about).I'm very impressed with the care my tiny girl received and off to sign up for this Vital Care program.
