Always great service and food is always on point. Staff is professional and the bartenders are always working hard. They greet us with a smile and they always recognize us. The beer is always cold and the cheese fries are amazing!!! We will highly recommend to our friends and family!!!

My experience with their to go service was not good at all.Gave the individual my full name (Eric G Bates Sr) and listed the items ordered and was still told that they didn't have am order for me even though I was sitting next to my wife we she confirmed the order. After leaving the establishment I called wife at home had her verify that I in fact went to the correct location and I did. So she called to inquire as to the issue at hand and confirmed that I was we did have an order there at the Prince Frederick location. But the young man had the order listed under Eric...Really. But I have him my full name initially...go figure. Enjoy

Just got done working a 13-hour shift and I wanted a drink and a nice filet. Sat down at the bar there was three people sitting there waited 5 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me asked her for some bread along with a drink. She brings me the drink and then takes my food order. And then she gossips with the other waitresses instead of bringing the bread out finally the steak shows up and it's the wrong cut of meat so I sit there for 20 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge that I was even sitting there told her that was not a filet mignon that was a sirloin. She says oh it looks like a filet to me and then goes and gets the manager. Manager was nice compt my two drinks but now I'm stuck trying to find something else to eat.

I asked for bread and butter to go (the bread and butter are the ONLY reasons I eat at Outback) and when I got home to eat it, I realized all of the butter were sitting in their little to go cups on top of sour cream. You can clearly see the difference in color and there’s definitely a difference in taste. So tell the kitchen staff thanks for ruining my experience and I will be requesting the manager if I go back. For a company that’s not trying to waste bread, I now can’t eat any of the loaves I have. The people in the kitchen clearly did this because they were mad I was asking for bread and butter to go.
