This place is a joke. Price increase by $1.00 ok. Than I state I want 2 pepperoni hot and ready she says okay takes the money. Than says in about 7-10 mins really WHERES THE HOT AND READY!

i just called in my order for the batman pizza, cheese, i am highly allergic to pork and i never got toppings on my pizza because i do not care for them. i called back saying can they give me a refund. she said i can’t give you a refund because you didn’t say cheese. excuse me?? i am allergic to pork!!! why would i say i want something if i am allergic to it?! i asked my dad to pick it up and she said well (his name) picked it up. lady… regardless who picked it up, you should have made the order correctly. all i can say is, repeat what you want about 4 times over the phone what you want because she clearly cannot hear

I called in to order two pizzas. Once I arrived the lady at the cashier was very rude and was very annoyed when I told her I called in to place an order. I was more disappointed when I saw the person boxing the pizzas was not wearing her mask. I waited for about 20 minutes and she never put the mask back on. They don’t have good service and aren’t taking the precautions necessary.

So much for the slogan Hot and Ready between 4 and 8pm. It was hot, but that's after waiting 15 minutes for it to be cooked. Was there at 4 pm exactly. Should have been ready to go. No excuse as the place was dead except for the two customers that came in after us and were served promptly. No apologies, no thanks for my patience. Was tickled to see they can't even spell their own concocted advertising pizza word description on the new brochures!
