Service was excellent! Food not so much! Fries were cold and hard. Chicken tenders were as big as my pinky finger and usually they are alot bigger. I hate to complain because I work fast food but this seems to happen every where we go lately and I am tired of spending money on food we end up just throwing away. I pulled back around and asked for it to be remade. Tray was our cashier and he was so polite and apologized for what happened. He was so nice that it made the experience not so bad. Thank you for that

The staff is completely inept, I waited over 30 min for a 2 drink order through the app. Tried to check on it and they said they would look for it and then never responded. Asst manager came out and just gave us blank stare just waked away with out speaking a word when I asked for a refund.

The workers are friendly and the food is made fresh. During my most recent visit the chicken sandwich hardly had any mayo and the onion rings didn't have any flavor. I love the shakes and the pretzels though.

So my first ever oreo cookie dough blast from this place was absolutely wonderful.... tonight I was extremely disappointed.... no Oreos.... no scoop of cookie dough on top... maybe a1/4 cup of cookie dough pieces...this is a milk shake not a blast... I wanted ice cream and I got a vanilla Milkshake with a hint of cookie dough 😞 My husband got a butterfinger blast that looks like it is made correctly. Sighhhhhhhhhhh
