I’ve gone to a lot of shops and I always leave with a doubt but that’s never the case with Cumberland. They are great in all parts of the field. Dylan the mobile tech is always professional and has solved all issues on my trucks whenever I call him. In the parts department there’s a man (who’s name I always forget) that can always figure out what part I need just by telling him what my issue is. In the service department Billy has always been kind and professional. He always looks over my invoices and makes sure they are correct. Cumberland is not the cheapest but I a firm believer in getting what you paid for. If they do it wrong, they make it right and always tell you up front what your problems are. They don’t guess.
