We went through the drive thru and order a chicken sandwich meal and jumbo Jack with cheese meal. We got home and I’m not impressed at all. My jumbo Jack had no condiments, no lettuce, tomato or pickles. It was a hamburger patty with 2 pieces of cheese. If that’s what I wanted I would of ordered a plain cheeseburger. So I call Jack in the box I told the girl about no condiments, no lettuce, tomato or pickles. She said bring your receipt in. They gave us no receipt when we paid. Then she asks if I can bring the food back. My response was we went through the drive thru because we were hungry. And I hung up. Jack in the box needs to train their employees on how to make a cheeseburger.

The manager of this restaurant came out and told me that my service dog could not be in the restaurant and we told them we have paper work for him but they still said he could not be in restaurant the way they told us this was very unprofessional the attitude that they had against me and my wife and other family wan not called for. I hope this will be taken care of in the most professional manner.

The bathroom, dining room we're not open, an we both needed to go. The burgers were wet, and the ingredients fell out all over. The French fries were good, but a little bit soggy. If I have a choice next time I'll probably have lunch elsewhere cause my favorite burger melt on sourdough wasn't on the menu last time.

The food was good, service was just OK. Staff not very friendly. Dining room closed. Grrrr! What with so much competition in a small town, you'd think the customer service would be better. But noooo, there were no smiles, no 'welcome to JIB', Nothing! I'll probably go elsewhere next time. Very disappointed in their lack of appreciation for their customers 😞
