They were nice still even after I got stuck in a ditch, sideways. Thanks to them for helping me. I hated the excavator at first but quickly fell in love with it. I’ll be back for more rentals. Ty. Oh, and for some reason you credited me back $8.95 . Thanks for that too…UPDATE: rented a skid steer now. Sean did amazing. As did others but I don’t know their names. Skid steer saved so much time and saved the body. Delivery and pick up went great too. I voiced concern about the explanation of operation and was taken care of. Ty for great customer service and for nice equipment

I would like to thank the assistant manager Jim for his excellent customer service. I rent a Billy goat brush cutter, after an hour I took a break and tried to restart when the pull cord broke. He had his staff deliver a new machine within the hour. I was back to work and happy thanks to Jim. Awesome

Rented a pressure washer to do driveway deck and miscellaneous items. When it was loaded for me I got very good instructions on how to operate it and the equipment worked seamlessly throughout my rental. As a woman this is very important to me to have equipment that starts up or Works appropriately every time period I will be back for future rentals.
