We moved to the graham area About a month ago, I’ve always been an Amazon prime member and I’ve always had the best service. Until we moved here, the delivery drivers are a joke. There was one girl who was very friendly when we first moved in, but there’s constantly issues with my delivery or always “attempts” when there was never any. Today I was told that 4 of my items were delivered to our community hub, The rest were undeliverable. So I walked with my dog outside to see if I could find a Amazon vehicle and sure enough there was the big truck! I walked up to the female delivery driver and let her know that I saw some packages were undeliverable and asked if I could take them and she could mark them as delivered so she didn’t have to worry about anything because I was told that they can do that. I was in a rude tone told that she was working on figuring it out. And then slammed her door shut and rolled her eyes, I proceeded to get my dog and go to the hub to get my other packages and as I came out she drove off so obviously didn’t try really hard to figure out anything. I live literally a block or two down from the hub or she could’ve just drop my packages off at my front door, but apparently that’s an inconvenience. I thought being a delivery driver that’s a part of your job is to DELIVER packages. I called Amazon customer service where they did say that she should’ve dropped them off at my door if the hub was full and or if the office was locked which is really questionable because she was able to put my other four packages in there? Seems like Amazon is just hiring everyone and anyone lately. I have no problem waiting if it’s an issue on the system, but being rude while you have someone’s items they paid for in your truck is really just pathetic. Do better.

I'm trying to transfer to dwa7 from dwa2. Love the work and people at dwa2, it's just so far from where I had to move. Amazon is a great company to work for, a lot of possibilities!!
