Adam and his team did a great job in restoring/fixing the water damage that happened in our kitchen. They were responsive (came out same day), explained the problem and how to solve it and got to work the next day. They were very proactive to make sure the job got done and right which it did. I would highly recommend them for any of your restoration needs.

We had a feral cat in our garage for two weeks before we humanely caught it. We needed a professional cleaning (fog bomb). They were experienced and answered all my questions. I would use them again and refer them to my friends and family. I have peace of mind that my garage will be completely disinfected.

These guys are GREAT! We are SO glad we called them. They came out quick and knew exactly what needed to be done and followed through immediately. They came when they said they would and helped us fix a difficult situation professionally and promptly. Adam listened to our needs and helped us fix what was needed to prevent any future problems. These words come to mind when I think of Adam Runyan and his PuroClean business: Integrity, On-time, Courteous, Respectful of our property and needs, Helpful, Thorough, Knowledgeable, Intuitive, Friendly, Professional, Trustworthy, Over and above, Fair and Reasonable pricing, Sound Advice, does exactly what he says they will do. We will definitely call them again if the need arises. These guys know what they are doing, and you can trust them. Adam Runyan's PuroClean Marysville saved our day, drying up our saturated walls & testing for mildew and mold-- and the carpet looks really GREAT!! Thanks!!!

My husband Mike and I had water damage in the kitchen, dining area, and basement. We called PuroClean and spoke to Adam who is the owner. He came right out assessed the damage and gave us a bid. He was always prompt and explained the process in detail. He kept us informed every step of the way. He was always polite and professional, as was his crew. They use top of the line equipment and did a great job. We are very pleased with the work they did, and we strongly recommend them. We just can't say enough good things about Adam and PuroClean.

Questions & Answers

Do I need to hire a mold remediation/removal expert to remove mold, or can I do it myself?

Mold is very tricky—and when attempting to remove it yourself, you can disrupt it and make it worse. A professional mold remediation company is able to remove it correctly, adhering to the IICRC mold removal guidelines for proper mold remediation. They will also be able to apply measures to prevent regrowth.

Do I really need professional cleanup if the fire was small?

In most losses, cleaning the soot and smoke is the toughest part. Moreover, even small fires can cause major damage within minutes and leave lingering odors if not cleaned up properly. If you don’t act within a day or two of the fire, soot and smoke can leave permanent damage. Professionals have the tools and know-how to restore your home as quickly as possible and mitigate the loss.

What should I do after a flood or sewage or water leak?

First, contact a water-damage restoration company, such as PuroClean of Marysville, as soon as possible. Don’t wait, as water can cause mold and irremediable damage to the wood, walls, and carpet in your home. Then, contact your insurance company to start the claim process. If safe, shut off the utilities in your home to avoid further damage. Don’t enter your home if it has suffered structural damage. Don’t walk through floodwater if electricity hasn’t been turned off and avoid contaminants.
