was a great apartment to live in until speaking with Danielle (i believe she’s the property manager), very rude, left my unit and hired cleaners for the apartment but they are very stingy on damages deposits as they should be! but used the microwave in the apartment maybe three times in a whole year and claimed there’s crack which according to them costs $200, also claiming my trained service animal stained the carpet underneath. wouldn’t recommend based on how they treat their tenants.

The office never answers the phone. As a current resident who is sick and trying to keep my germs at home, speaking to someone on the phone is the respectful thing to do. However needing to get ahold of the office over the phone seems impossible.

I have lived her for almost 5 years and never have had any problems. Management is great and always does what they can to fix what we need and take care of any issues we may have. There are problems with some of the kids here like with any other apartment complex, but management can’t control how people choose to parent so I can’t blame them for that. Parking is tight but if the other residents followed the rules at night that wouldn’t be an issue. I love it here and am not planning to move anytime soon!! Great affordable place to live, especially for families!

Used to think the staff was friendly until we ran into a problem with our neighbor harassing us and we had bugs in our home. After making an appointment with maintenance who didn't show up or call to let us know, I was told by the office staff (specifically Danielle) that I was "too young" and wouldn't understand?? She told me we were not a priority over their "emergency" when we have been in a hotel because of bugs? Was also laughing and talking over me. Horrible staff, will not give you any respect. Not even a phone call apologizing. Wouldn't give this place one star, and if you choose to live here GOOD LUCK!
