I stopped by Kendall Ford of Marysville on 8/5/22. I’d been researching the F150 Hybrid for some time and found out they are usually out of stock. I’ve also talked to out of state dealers, same thing. I was going by Kendall’s and was greeted by Andy Alanis. I asked about if they had a waiting list and showed him what I was looking for. We went inside a talked a bit and he said he’d bring out a truck I may be interested in. I kind of thought ya right. To my amazement he brought out a F150 that matched up well to what I was looking for. Andy was easy going and very personable. He made the process smooth with no pressure. He explained things about the truck well. Definitely lots to go over on new vehicles. I actually went back the day after purchase and he helped me some more with some tech questions. Mike who worked the finance end was also easy going and took a lot of time with me. I would recommend this dealership and Andy if you are looking for a smooth transaction.

After shopping around a bit, and dealing with a few underhanded, stress producing, high pressure sales situations, I'm SO GLAD I ended up at Kendall Ford of Marysville to purchase my Bronco Sport. The experience was night and day. I felt understood, supported, and anything but pressured. My Sales Person, Andrew, was kind, knowledgeable, understanding and he seemed as genuinely excited about me getting into my Baby Bronco as I was. Jeff Davenport was extremely helpful. I was looking for a F150, ended up finding one that fit the criteria I was looking for on the Kendal Ford webpage that was at their Meridian, ID dealership. Jeff in Marysville happily communicated effectively with Matt over in Idaho. I flew in from WA, purchased the truck, and drove home a happy customer. 5 stars for the Kendal team for five reasons. 1) The truck was in even better condition that I was expecting. Having only seen pictures and then coming in from out of state it was great to find the truck to be as described. 2) Jeff was great to work with. He was personable, available, professional, and made the extra effort working with the team in Idaho. 3) The sale process was easy as Jeff had helped work out all the details in advance. 4) A few weeks later I am only more pleased with how it all went down and with the truck itself. 5) The Kendal Marysville dealership is carrying out the maintenance and warranty. Top notch operation.

Best purchasing experience I've had to date. Yesterday I received my plates and think it's time to write a review! These folks were professional, courteous, and not overly pushy. While current supply chain issues don't allow for the same "haggling" experience many of us have grown accustomed to, I still feel that there was value for both the Kendall Ford and myself. I would gladly do business again with this company. Thanks Levi and Michael for working with me, and I'll look forward to starting with you folks when I'm ready for my next rig.
