0/5 READ if considering shopping at this store. Do NOT buy from here. Very unprofessional management. I Bought a handgun and was told it usually takes about a week or two to get the paper work handled and it’s taken almost two months. I even had to come in after work and re do all the paperwork/background checks because they expire after a month. These people are liars they blamed the police department on being untimely I talked to the records department multiple times they said they have had many issues and complaints with this store. The manager Shannon threatened that I would lose my initial down payment of $350 on the gun multiple times for problems on their end.

Assistant manager Daniel deserves a promotion to manager. Not only was he super respectful but he helped us super well. He’s great, he also explained the process of everything very well. Next time I go in I hope he’s there to help me again.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Nice of them to completely take advantage of someone who doesn't know jewelry and list it for more than 4x what you guys would be willing to give for a loan to someone with a 70% pick-up rate. Completely took advantage of me on that one I guess, and oh YES it WAS displayed with a chain! Sorry you guys are in the middle of drug addict territory but not everyone is a liar like some of the employees clearly do on top of taking advantage of people!
