Great theater! Clean! I went to see a movie on a Saturday afternoon and it was nearly empty. There were only three other people in the theater.

Why is half the unbound escalator always out of service it feels like ut has bee. That way for years. My big issue is let people know from they take tickets. It is really difficult if you have issues either walking up or down stairs and uou are not aware till you are already on your way up and encounter that issue. Other than that the theater was clean and well provisioned

Better get a bit front row seats rather then upper or middle. May be 3 rows down from the screen. Too busy, congested and not worth the price. At least the the theater 2 was not good. it’s basically flat theater, because of that front row seats and people will obstruct the view of back seats. Weekend ticket price is 18.99. I would prefer AMC kips bay 15 over it. It’s 16.99 there and it offers much better recliners and screens.

Last time I was there about 2 weeks ago, they said that they will be serving very soon. So , it's a possibility
It doesn't have a parking lot, you can park on the street if there is a space open.
Both. They have a walk up window which is usually horribly slow (since each person has to ponder their seat selection) and a few self-serve machines inside which are the far better choice. Also, AMC doesn't let you use their stubs club with moviepass at the window but nothing stops you from scanning your card at the self service kiosk.
