I payed almost 19 bucks for a ticket, also a monthly AMC stubs subscription just to enjoy the percs bc I feel it's worth it, only to be met with people throwing food and running around like animals, I walk up to the security guard to express to him how potentially dangerous this behavior can be, not only did he not even want to hear me and started to walk away but also asked me "what do I want me to do" buddy you are the one wearing the security guard outfit with a radio I suppose if anyone there is supposed to maintain some type of order is you and while people are coming in and out with out movie tickets he's there sleeping on the job. Wow I am shocked man, I'm definitely upgrading this complaint to the board and corporate!

Today I went to the movie theater to unwind and reset. I’m a hard working mom who just needed a small treat. I had a complicated situation purchasing my ticket and a kind man named Jeff from Global Security helped me to resolve the situation. He went above and beyond to reconcile the situation. He was kind,courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I was very happy with his excellent service. I recommend this place. Thank You

Watched the nearly 3-hour long movie The Batman during the week. The movie theater was nearly empty which was okay by me, after all, we are in the middle of a pandemic. The powered reclining seats were great as well as the cleanliness of the auditorium. I really got to take in the movie with no distractions. There couldn't have been more than 20 souls in the auditorium. Perhaps this is typical for a mid-week showing. Either way, it definitely worked for me. As for the movie, with a production budget north of $200 million, it seems very unlikely that domestic sales allow will be enough to carry The Batman into the black.

Went this week for a showing with my best friend and had a great time. The seats were surprisingly different from the last time I went there. They changed their seating and are very small recliners and is not comfortable at all. Especially if you're a plus size person with curvy hips!

Dayam Shame to, finally get something nice in da Bronx and they destroy it. I've seen too many seats not working here these days. Hopefully folk will have a sense of personal responsibility n take care after they get fixed.

During Tuesdays it's better to get the tickets yourself from the counter or kiosk as it's super cheap 50% off regular price, but other regular days you can buy the ticket using atom tickets, as if you buy 4 tickets using atom tickets, you get a 5th ticket for free which can be used any supported theatre that atom has partnered with. (Note: On Tuesdays if you buy them using the apps (AMC/Atom Tickets) you usually don't get that 50% off price). I never get my tickets standing in the line, I always self purchase it from the kiosk only on Tuesdays, make sure you also add your AMC number manually so that you get the rewards for watching the movie. Other than Tuesdays I always use atom tickets to get the ticket, as I mentioned above why. Hope this helps, cheers!
