Want to charge me for a car Saturday and Sunday because I need it early morning Monday then they want to charge me another day Thursday because I can't drop it off late Wednesday, should have a drop box, not going to pay for a car I don't need till Monday-Wednesday, want to charge me for 6 days of use when I only need it 3 days. Need it for a job to do just south of Charlotte South Carolina in Fort Mill, they want $488.00 plus $300.00 deposit. And I asked for the cheapest thing they have. Not trying to impress, just work! That's more than I'll make on the job!

Absolutely the worst people to deal with. We booked a reservation online. Got confirmation. Showed up the next day to pick up the vehicle according to our confirmation paperwork and they didn't even have the vehicle on the property or even located. The two girls behind the counter seemed to offer service based on skin color. Because the vehicle we needed to rent was due to medical reasons, we already have our attorney working on a lawsuit. Never had a worse experience.
