Always very helpful and kind.

Horrible. The phone service can't get anyone on the phone. Does USPS think customers are dogs and don't deserve even descent treatment. Leave it to the govt to screw everything up and then blame someone else. Worst service amongst delivery services.

I love the Fountain Inn post office. So efficient and great customer service..

The driver who's route I'm on is genuinely terrible at his job. Letters and packages get dropped off at the wrong apartment/mailbox regularly. This includes prescription medications. My apartment's mail box doesn't have am outgoing slot or flags for each person's apartment, so the most you can do is leave outgoing mail in your box. If you try this though, he just leaves it in there. If you have a package being delivered he will not knock on your door. He simply fills out a note, puts it on the door and leaves. I know this because on a recent day when I was expecting a package I was home the entire day. Considering we can sometimes hear other people's doors being knocked on sometimes I refuse to believe this guy when he says he tried to deliver the package. We tried to pick up the package at the post office and they said it must be on the truck because it wasn't there. Now it's past the end of the workday. I had a letter in my mailbox but he made no attempt to deliver the package. This is completely unacceptable.

I have had same issue where requested redelivery but could not understand as I have P.O box. ?? If I didnot pick up it would ship back to sender. I drove 3 hrs from. Vacation as it was a critical need. Questioned local they said they did not initiate it was Corp level dictates u need to talk to local P.O. they will handle don't trust the message u received.
You might have to go into the Post Office and ask.
You can actually do that on line at USPS.com
You have to do that at the Simpsonville office on N.E. Main St, 29681, or Washington St., Greenville. Fountain Inn doesn't offer passport services.
