Chris replaced the steering pump on my old F150. They gave me a ride home after dropping off my truck and picked me up when it was ready. They worked within the timeframe they said they would. They also cleaned the under side of the car with no extra charge. Chris pointed out something else that needs to be fixed, but didn’t push us. He told us we could bring it in another time. I had a great experience with Sunrise.

Shady,subpar mechanic work but expectional front office staff. Recently I needed to have an engine replacement, after being suggested this by the shop. I then had to choose, use an old engine block or a new engine block. I chose an older block, knowing that the block itself would be able to give me several additional miles. Note: any mechanic ( if it's a good mechanic) would suggest having new gaskets and seals put onto the engine. That is the same, no matter if it's a used or a new engine block. That would include head gaskets, camshaft seal, water pump gasket, crankshaft seal, etc. That seal and gasket kit that can be purchased for less than $200. ** I asked the location where is the invoice showing the required seal and gasket kit? 🤔 They never changed out any of the gaskets or seals, which meant that my vehicle would be right back in the shop yet again and they knew it! You never use old gaskets and seals on an extensive job like this. The head shop manager tells me that they never changed any of the seals or gaskets. Why would any good mechanic ever allow this type of work be done? Please take notice everyone, you are taking a risk by either continuing to get your vehicle repaired here or either by becoming a new customer!
