Have shipped here for years. Recently desperately need help to troubleshoot hitch connection. Called up and Tony said he could check out immediately. Got there and as always, everyone was so accommodating. Owner-Greg helped diagnose the problem and Tony fixed . They didn't want to charge $$. So, gave Tony some $. Thanks Arlington RV!!

I've had a poor experience here before years ago but figured I would try again. I needed a remote control for my dump trailer as well as a new plug. I was quoted a price for the plug but the remote they said they were not sure how much it would cost. She was supposed to call me back. No one called me back, so I called back the next day. She said she had made the order and it would be in Friday (it was Tuesday now) and thought the control would be around $50. By Friday pm I still hadn't gotten a call, so I called there again. They had neither part. I was told it *might* arrive Monday (mind you I NEEDED both parts asap) I asked if they couldn't call and find out. I was told some story about it being a split order. On Monday I never heard from Arlington RV and I decided to order from Amazon instead and had both parts 2 days later. I NEVER heard back from Arlington RV., its been more than a month. Disappointing as I would much rather buy local, but I will never go there again.

A very nice, well-organized store, with a very wide selection of RV parts and accessories. Very helpful staff, especially the guy who's had several RV's and knows darn near everything about them. They were able to replace all my propane parts, as well as answering all my questions adequately. They didn't try to sell me something they didn't think I needed, weren't pushy, and suggested I could do repairs myself instead of spending a lot of money having them fix it. I will return (especially since I still have some things to fix on my rv)
