Woman at front counter was terribly rude, claimed she could not hear my order an made me repeat it 3 times, rolled eyes and made it clear that my presence was a bother when only 2 people were behind me ordering. Would not even give me ranch with my order, was told “that’s not my job” Will never be visiting popeyes again because of this one persons bad day. It is your job to serve customers and just barely did that with the least possible effort. Truly a shame. Do not recommend and will never recommend this particular popeyes in windsor ct.

To start I went through the service car. I ordered some mashed potatoes and it seems that they ate a third of them, the container was almost empty. I ordered lemonade soda and they gave me ice water. I didn't really come back because I was already home when I realized it. ☹️

Worst Popeyes I have been to. Young girls working were si disrespectful. If I orer something and I am paying for it why are the trying to give me something else. So rude. I spoke with the supervisor and he gave me what I wanted. Again. I want what I want and I am paying. Then I go and check out my food order before I leave and they are talking about me saying that I should be greatful with what I get. Again. I am paying for what I want. Hoping my food is now raw like others have said. Not a way a business should be run. People need to learn some customer service skills.

Hi This was at the Windsor Popeyes that's in for review. The young lady in the drive thru was very nice. The food I'll never understand why people eat . The chicken sandwich had more breading than actual chicken. The bun only had two mayonnaise spots. Now I realize these sandwich places only do two- three pickles but only two mayonnaise spot, not spread it just a drop and a drop On to the Mac and cheese that taste like velveda. I'm not sure what other people expect to get at these chicken places I just figure a business would want better food quality regardless of what type of business they're running. The nuggets were to hard for my four year old to eat. They must of been the burnt bits on the bottom. Why would anyone think anyone should eat the nasty hard bits that are on the bottom of the fryer is beyond me. Great service terrible food.🤮 I should've read the reviews before going to the restaurant.
