My vet notified me that my cat was due for some shots. While I love my vet, I decided to go to Vetco (once again) to have her innoculated. I realize that prices of everything have gone astronomically high recently, but I was unpleasantly surprised at how much my bill came to. Frankly, from a financial standpoint, you may want to price check with your vet before going to Vetco. The Vetco employees were lovely, professional and knowledgeable. They made sure the work areas were properly cleaned and ensured they befriended my kitty before they did anything to her. A real pleasure to work with these gals!

I wanted to say a sincere "thank you, again" to Karen in Pet Grooming!!! My sister had a last minute doctor appointment for herself and had to reschedule a grooming appointment for her little Riley, who desperately needed his nails trimmed. I was visiting from out of town & brought Riley in to see if his nails could be done, although he did not have an appointment that day (June 9). It was such a blessing that Karen was there & without a second thought she trimmed Riley's nails on the spot!!! It had been a hectic week & this act of kindness meant so much!!! Karen is a definite asset to Petco in providing great customer service & we hope she will be acknowledged!!!

Came over here to buy a bunch of things for a two month puppy. We were holding him until for a super brief moment we placed him on the ground to put the leash on. Immediately a super arrogant, rude, male cashier with an attitude tells us (no social skills whatsoever) tell us that dogs have to be on the leash on held. We knew that, and it was literally when we were about to put a leash on him. I hope you guys teach your employees to be more polite. How difficult it is to say "Hey sir, would you mind getting your puppy on a leash, please?" It is not a big deal, but at 50 yo I don't need an arrogant authoritarian employee to be loud and talk to me as if me or my wife were kids misbehaving. Anyways, running to Agway to give my money to a company that cares about having better employees.

All I can say is WOW. I came in to bring my new rescue Gilligan to get his nails trimmed without an appt, and Shannon helped me right away and told me all I needed for him. She was kind, knowledgeable and considerate, and most of all quick and gentle with my new little dog. I recommend them highly for your grooming needs. I'll be back soon again and have them spruce up my little guy! Thanks again.

You might want to Google the nearest PETCO near you call them up and ask them before you drive all the way to the store, I had to Google it to find out it's a dog vitamin supplement...

I know that they will special order and hold, for at least a few days. I would expect the same for an in stock animal. A quick call to the store would provide the best answer
