This is the first time I've written a negative review of a business. Please take your valuables and business elsewhere. Andy was prompt and nice enough while signing paperwork, but as soon as he got his automatic deposit, was unresponsive to the point of refusing to acknowledge there were raccoons and water damage occurring in my storage unit. I realize he can't have complete control over everything at his property, but at least respond to your customers. Less than a week into renting, I said I need to move my things, at significant cost, and he said he would send the deposit, keeping the full month's rent. He tried to bill my account for the next month. Avoid the headache and rent elsewhere.

South Gretna Mini Storage is a family owned and operated small business. We strive very hard to provide only the best customer service.
There is some limited space to park small boats and vechiles but it is limited and there is never enough parking space for large boats or RVs.
South Gretna Mini-Storage features a fully encompassing gate complete with deterant measures and security cameras.
