Went to Michael Kors to look for a purse for my grandmother. This was our FOURTH stop for purse shopping. I was getting on edge because of all the things my grandmother wanted specifically for her purse. Twila came over and helped us out and was absolutely amazing! She helped my grandmother find her a purse and was there when she finally made her decision. Can’t thank Twila enough!!

A couple of yrs ago, I purchased a MK Leather Continental wallet w//wristlet band. The wristlet no longer stays attached to the wallet. It appears that the swivel that connects the strap to the wallet no longer stays connected. Is there a warranty?

If your phone # is on file with them and you linked the purchase under your # they can verify the purchase that way....receipt shoild not be needed. Not sure if there is no way to prove the purchase.
