I had a slow leak in 1 tire. I come to service desk. The gentleman was very nice. I explained that I wanted them to find the leak in that one tire and plug it, simple right. He's say ok. I say how long? He says 30 to 45 minutes. Yall I was in there for 2 hours. For a slow leak tire. But guess what? they couldn't fix it( take the nail out) because the treading was to low. Try to sell me 2 new tires. The tire i had on were only 6 months old.

I was on a road trip and looks like the battery stopped charging. Was guessing the alternator died. I pulled in on a Saturday and they took care of my car right away because I was just passing through and couldn’t just leave it for the day. They fixed it right away while I waited. It ended up just needing a new belt. Thanks Firestone!! You made my day. You’re the best.

I have been using them since 2009. They do good work in a fast and efficient manner. Just went in for an oil change and 4 wheel alignment. I was in and out in about an hour. I am happy with the work that was done as always. The service advisor Marc was very polite. Their Technician Mike does a very good job. It is obvious he takes pride in his work. They have a good crew at their Brookfield CT location and I would suggest you give them a try. Also there lifetime wheel alignment special is worth the price for a vehicle that you plan to own for a few years. Evey time I go in for an oil change I have them set my alignment ( you pay for 1 alignment and they will continue to do them for as long as you own that car at no extra charge ). Now my car always drives nice and strait as well as my tires wear nice and evenly.
