I went to this kohls today to make a return. I have returned items in the past with tags detached and had no issues. However, when I went today to return and item that did not fit correctly, the woman doing the return was very condescending and refused to do the return because the items “looked worn.” She also ignored me when I was inquiring about the return. She was extremely rude! I left and went to the kohls in New Milford and did the return with no issues at all. This kohls has terrible customer service and I will NOT be returning. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I had forgotten how nice and BIG Kohls was. Almost like an old school department store. O was just going g in to do an Amazon return, and ended up spending $130.

Used Amazon return desk for the first time. It was indescribably simple. Will definitely use that option again. As for the rest of the store, it was clean and seemed to be laid out well with a good selection. One mildly frustrating (albeit amusing) part of my experience was being sent all over the store, by two separate staff members to get to the Amazon desk. I assumed that it would be in the service area, it was not.

They have many designer clothes to choose from they also have a nice selection of appliances for the kitchen and they have a convenient return center for Amazon purchases which makes it convenient
