I think it's great that this facility tries to employ the mentally handicapped, but making them work as receptionists and nurse practitioners is cruel.

They are horrible period! Really unprofessional and rude to patients. If you want your private information shared with the whole community got to BNHC. Especially the capeverdean staff THEY HAVE NO REGARDS TO HIPAA GUIDELINES and they wont mind to share patient information on gatherings around town !

They have coverage for people who have no insurance as well, and for dental too. For dental they charge 20% and cover the other 80%. I just got a filling on a tooth without insurance and it only cost me $10.20! For the doctors, I can't remember if you have to pay a $15 office copay, but they will also allow you to add it to ur account so you do not have to pay that right away if you can't afford it (most people don't end up paying it lol like my bill has been up to $105 for over a year and I don't make payments towards it) they also have people there that can sign you up for masshealth or another insurance plan that you qualify for. I have a 10:30 appointment today, they called me at 830 am telling me my doctor didn't come in but I can see someone else. I get this msg as I'm already on my way ubering there and have to go right back to work. Now saying I cant be seen till 1215 😂😂😂 all i need is a referral this is a joke!!!! Oh an i don't think so? I'm pretty sure u need some type of insurance to be seen there
