I went to the Brookfield store 1st thing this morning because I had installed an install an app that made strange changes to my phone. The changes were unwanted and I was unable to remove them on my own. Brad was able to fix my phone in no time. He also gave me great advice about products and advice on what to buy and when. He was very helpful. The store has been redesigned dined and it is very comfortable there. I had not had good experiences in that store in the past but the very opposite was true today.
