Rich Farm Ice Cream Brookfield

Went tonight for the first (and likely last) time. While my cookies & cream was a generous serving size - and the cookies were plentiful in the mix - everything else was negative. The guy behind the counter was at best indifferent to us, at worst annoyed we were there. My wife ordered a brownie sundae and received a regular sundae. When she mentioned it, our guy went to the back, grabbed a bucket of brownies from the fridge, stuck his bare hand in (which was also just handling money), and put some on top and handed it back to my wife. To top it off, there was a hair on one of the brownies so she got her money back for the sundae and we left. My ice cream was good (not great), not sure on the sundae since she didn’t try it since she noticed the hair right away. We’ll probably try their larger Oxford location to give them another shot, but this (closer) Brookfield location is out for us.

I come here regularly either with or without my family for ice cream. They have really good fresh creamy ice cream all the time. And their menu is changing all the time. Sometimes with other specialty flavors other times with seasonal stuff. Besides the fact that this is the only ice cream shop in the area it's also really good ice cream.

Always a great place to stop and get a treat! This location accepts credit cards which is a perk compared to its original location in Oxford.

“Me want COOKIEEEE” I’m a fan of the Cookie Monster ever since I had it at another ice cream shop so when I saw it here I had to try! It doesn’t have the Oreos and cookie dough like the other place, this just had chocolate chip cookies but the ice cream is much smoother, so delicious!
