Just sat in the drive through which is apparently still open for almost 10 minutes for nobody to take my order. Left and went to BK.

My experience at The Fast food restaurant is one of the worst yet I normally enjoy some Famous bowls and tacos but in this case the food was cold and I didn't like the fact that I called the restaurant like 12times and nobody answered the phone so then I called McDonald's to ask someone nicely to go knock on the drive thru window and tell them to answer the phone because apparently they aren't capable of that I work in a restaurant actually a diner but still I know how thing are supposed to work in the restaurants business very terrible service will not visit again

Only drive through is open at any time. Very long and slow line. People leaving instead of waiting through this incompetence.

I am a mom of 4 and myself and my kiddos were very "hangry" and all I wanted was KFC but we pull up and find out the place is open but the KFC side is closed! I was taking it out on my amazing husband when the sweet girl working the window saved his life by selling is the last bit of chicken even though the KFC side was closed!! She was a life saver!
