Nice new hotel right off the highway. Easy walk to downtown. Can be noisy with people walking above your room.

I have seen better Marriot hotels before. Small swimming pool. Nice room with sheets and bedding. I spent my time in downtown Northampton and the journey from the hotel was pretty smooth. I did most of the research for staying in West Massachusetts and this hotel was fine. We had a good time and it was worth the drive from the east. We made memories, but hotel quality was 3 stars.

This hotel is clean and new. Bed was comfortable. Wifi worked easily. Air conditioner was a little loud, but I did not get up and try to make the fan go constantly instead of on/off, so it clearly didn't bother me too much. There are electric car chargers. The small, indoor pool had just opened the day we got there, and it's right off a pleasant little outdoor patio. The exercise room is quite small, but if you want a cardio machine they're there, as is a small space with handweights and a bench. After I got going, I'd have liked to turn the thermostat down just a little bit! The COVID breakfast adaptation of coffee + sack breakfasts chosen from a tray of sample items worked pretty well. Real breakfast will be better when it can happen!

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was great - new tv, new alarm clock, plenty of outlets for charging many devices at once, clean bathroom with plenty of towels. The hotel was quite and well kept. Due to COVID restrictions, the breakfast was a grab-and-go style. Overall a great stay!
