I have been to three classes so far with three different instructors. I feel appropriately challenged and supported in going at the pace/intensity that is best for my body. Everyone I've interacted with at the studio has been positive and welcoming. After the workouts I feel fatigue and soreness but no pain. So far I feel confident that I can meet my strength and flexibility goals by coming here.

I started Pure Barre about two weeks ago, but it only took a few days to feel like I was part of it's community. The instructors have a way of making you feel empowered, while the women in the class are supportive and lovable. It can be difficult to find a workout that is actually enjoyable, but Pure Barre is just that. I've already noticed a change in my body and it's been a great way to de-stress. To those of you who are considering trying a class, I sincerely recommend it!

My first class at Pure Barre was absolutely amazing. The instructors are extremely helpful and they discretely help people who have trouble with a specific move without pointing them out. You don't feel embarrassed or out of place if you are not in shape or not flexible and the class is perfect for all body types and shapes. I feel very motivated and have lots more energy than I usually do from going to the gym. The staff are extremely friendly and personable!

It is not only for women. As we have a mostly woman community, we do welcome men to come as well.
Pure Barre is a low impact, full-body workout. We target your arms, abs, thighs and seat every class. It also improves flexibility while toning muscles and burning fat. We use small isometric movements at the ballet barre set to high energy music. All classes are taught at the same level, with modifications to make exercises more challenging or accommodate injuries or other physical limitations.
