First time ordering through Pro Desk and order is not delivered. They said the driver had overtime so they cancelled orders for the next 5 days. I had to cancel the whole job and send the crew home. Very professional to say the least.

If I could give a lower rating I would. This Amsterdam store is the worst managed brick and mortar store I have ever visited. First Sunday in June and the store is packed. They have ONE (1) cashier and all of the self-checkouts are out of service or turned off. They typically shut down isles on Saturday mornings at the peak times to stock shelves. Wrong prices, no prices, if you can imagine a mismanaged store problem this one's got it!

I have a very hard time dealing with customer service at Lowe’s. I spent a small fortune there, I’m getting a washer and dryer delivered this weekend do you think I can get an agent to call me back? They told me they’re short staffed and they can’t help it but I get no phone call. I go back because the managers that I’ve dealt with are very fair. But I can go there and ask for help and it’s like pulling teeth. They say they’re short staffed but there’s four of them talking about what they did last night. If I don’t get a call back I’m going to cancel my order and go somewhere else . It’s just utterly ridiculous.
