Great question, for our vacation rental investors and 2nd home clients, it is after Labor Day up to the beginning of April. For our Retirement Clients it is really year round. Of course we do see a pick up in the Months of October through February for our Northern buyers that want to get out of the Cold and Snowy winters. For our move up buyers with kids- May through August Hope this helps.
