Ordered a pickup item and paid when I made the order, this was done in the AM. I heard nothing at all from Big Lots after about 8 hours (maybe more😡) It was one item that showed they only had one left in stock. I contacted the store, they had not even went to the shelve to get it yet, meaning anyone could have bought it even though I had purchased it many many hours before the call. They acted (sounded) over the phone like they didn't know what they were doing. Needless to say, while I was on the phone with them, one employee stayed in the phone with me while another went to retrieve the item. My entire day was wasted waiting for such a simple order that could have been done and over with in half an hour. Amsterdam Big Lots ... Do Better, Please!

Some hits some misses....retail store that claims lots at discounts however discounts are in the double digits of change generally. Still got some stuff only they carry thats worth an occasional visit!
