Visiting New York for the 1st. time. Kids wanted to go to a familiar restaurant. We needed to use the restrooms, but there was no toilet paper in the men's room and almost none in the ladies room. I reported to to one of the persons there and they talked to a second person. Nothing was done about it during the time I waited for the remainder of my family to finish up. Because of this we cleaned up as best we could and did not order anything.

I was here on a Monday around 11:30am. I went inside to use the restroom, which was clean. And then went through the drive thru. Staff was friendly. I received my food quickly and it was exactly as ordered. Fries were piping hot and delicious.

Hours are always inconsistent. Thursday nights they’re supposed to close at 12am but sometimes they’re open past 2am. Fridays they’re supposed to be open 24 hours but are closed (but still with employees there…) before 2am. I work second shift and this location is literally the only thing open on my way home and it’s disappointing I can never count on them to be open. Don’t know what’s going on but either update your Google hours or work what you’re supposed to work. Also, I’ll add, if your closed, turn the street sign off that way we don’t have to wait until we pull up to the drive thru.

My friend and I were very disappointed with the service we had today at the Amsterdam, NY restaurant. Obviously the drive thru customers are considered more important than those who choose to dine inside. When we ordered we were handed a "#" tent for our table. I have attached pictures of the sign and our cold meal which was not brought to our table. Management needs to work on instructing the employees how to be more professional. There was a lot of yelling by the cook staff, and it was very unclear how we were to obtain our meal, which was cold when I finally went up to the counter to get it, even though the sign handed to us said we would have it brought to our table. Please know that we understand it is difficult to get good help, but as someone who has never seen such disarray in all the years that I have gone to this McDonald's since it opened about 35+ years ago, we are extremely disappointed.
