Oil service on your 2010 RX350 would be $99.95 + tax which includes a multi-point inspection looking your car over. Front brake service starts at $492.93 + tax for the front brake pads/ machining brake rotors, assuming you do not need new rotors or other items. Oil and brake service can typically be done same day depending on what time you drop off and all parts are available. Please call (480) 990-7000 to schedule an appointment. Toyota is unable to cut keys for Lexus vehicles.

It sounds like the window track/motor is bad. The door panel will need to be removed in order to properly diagnose. For Safety Reasons it's recommended that the diagnosis & repair are performed by a certified technician. The window could break and cause severe injury.
