Brought my Porsche in to Andrew due to a chassis failure indicator light. Andrew replaced the two front struts for around $6000, a fair price. Less than one year later, struts have failed due to be being installed improperly, struts have a lifetime warranty and are being covered under that warranty. Strut manufacturer said there is no way they would fail that quickly unless installed improperly. Andrew also changed all factory settings in the Porsche for the chassis system, this also contributed to the cause of the new struts failing. I was able to get the strut manufacturer to allow me to go to someone other than Andrew for this warranty work. I would have paid $6000 all over again in order to not deal with Andrew Atwood again! He was incredibly rude and arrogant. I should’ve known by the look of his shop that I should not have worked with him. as I talk to other reputable shops in town, Andrew Atwood has quite a bad reputation for being rude and not doing a good job for people, Andrew has very little repeat customers for a reason. Steer clear of him . Everyone
