I have reviewed this shop before. I just had an oil change done. Made an appointment. First slot at 7:30 AM. I am there at 7:00 AM so the car is not hot for the mechanic. A woman comes at 7:45 AM and 30 minutes later drives away with her oil changed. My car was done 1 hour later. Why so late? Told my rear brakes are at 15% life left for a cost of $450.00 for replacement. I can't afford that. So I do the work myself. Bought pads and new rotors for $160.00 . When I remove the old pads, over 1/4" of lining left, well over 50% of life left. And the rotors were perfect, no grooves, no untrue status. Bottom line, I will no longer take my car there. You can't trust your appointment nor their diagnosis.

Been taking my Prius here since I bought it 6 years ago. They give great advice. Always tell you what needs to be done and cost giving you the option to have the service. Never try to up sell. A good honest mechanic way better than having service done at the dealer. Seriously if you have a hybrid this is the place to go. I'm 35 minutes away and still get my service here.

The staff is friendly and professional. They suggest repairs needed in advance so one can prepare to pay for the repairs. They keep my car in great shape at a reasonable price. I have never had to return because of a mistake.
