We boarded our cat here while we went on vacation. She was treated well and monitored daily by the staff. She had her own "cat condo" so she didn't have to share with any other animals. They made sure she had food and water, her litter was clean, and that she got daily treats. She was able to board with some things from home, so she felt comfortable. Despite what it says on the website, cats can clearly hear dogs barking though they're in a different part of the facility, which may be stressful for some kitties. Everything you could potentially want for your cat is a la carte, so you have to pay more for extra snuggle time, play, etc. which is unfortunate. Even so, the ladies working there were kind to our cat and they loved her up when they fed her. The price is otherwise reasonable per day compared to other places in the capital region. The "cat cam" is definitely great for some peace of mind when you're away so you can take a look at what your cat is up to and know that they're doing okay. One final note, upon returning home, our cat developed conjunctivitis, which she didn't have when she left. We also don't have any other cats (she didn't catch it anywhere else). I know this is a risk you run when you board your pets, but it's worth mentioning.

We have been taking our German Shepard, Chivas here for a few years. Chivas has severe separation anxiety, but Milton Manor is truly his home away from home! It is apparent that he enjoys it here. He is welcomed with smiles and greetings, he never hesitates going with any member of the staff! I love all the Manor has to offer, but most importantly I know he is taken care of! It definitely puts our minds at ease knowing he is in a loving environment! Thank you so much to the team at the Manor!!! You guys are the best!!!!

We have boarded our Golden Doodle, Molly, and gotten her groomed at Milton Manor for years. They have been fantastic. Very professional and courteous staff. It's clear they love animals! Bill grooms Molly and he does a fantastic job! I highly recommend Milton Manor!

My 3 dogs stayed all together for the 1st time just recently. I was able to see them via web cam to check in on them. It was great to see the staff checking in to tidy up their space, replenish water and get them out for breaks. I also had some add on services, and they were very good about sticking to schedule and routine. At one point, I tuned in during feeding time and I noticed that out one bigger dog basically bodied our other smaller dog away from her bowl and ate her food! She does not do this at home so perhaps it was the new setting or she was taking advantage of the freedom from “Mom” watching. I called right that minute and the staff remedied the situation right away. They took our small dog out and put her in a separate location to eat her food; they continued to do this throughout the rest of their stay. It put my mind at ease. The girls came home happy and healthy! I would have my girls stay there again in the future. Thank you Milton Manor staff.
