Very disappointing experience! Think twice. All animals are roaming, big, small, and in-between. Pay no attention to requests and details to grooming, especially ears. Don't recommend!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Susan’s. They do an awesome job grooming and boarding our 3 dog babies! One is a young active pup, one is a senior and one has diabetes and they handle them with great care like they are their very own. I highly recommend them.

I'm a truck driver so I was on a short time schedule before leaving town and was calling around multiple places trying to find someone to trim my dogs nails, everywhere else told me no and I had to make an appointment but Susan was able to fit me in, her team was extremely professional and patient with my dog who is very timid around new people. I highly recommend them and if I'm ever in town again I will definitely be back.
