These people are liars and cheats. We bought a travel traler, found they'd the contract was way different than our verbal agreement. (0ur fault for not questioning.) We declined delivery, they delivered without our knowledge, then we found it had been sabotaged. There was sawdust in the AC, the oven doesn't work, and other miscellaneous things. Don't trust them.

They do both I'd give them a call and schedule an appointment for either someone to come out and do a on site evaluation or you could bring it by and they will perform the evaluation there. After they complete a thorough evaluation/appraisal. They can let you know what your options are.
I know that they do appraisals on site and schedule for at home appraisals for the sales department. I was also told they do at home pick up for some service/repair work.
They do not have propane at this location but they're Chehalis store does.
