Busy weekend and yet there was good stock of the materials I was looking for. I had a person come and ask if I had any questions. Check-out was quick with no wait and I had another associate offer to help me load my materials.

Needed help, employee was lackadaisical and instead of putting effort forth to help me, he Shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know what to tell you. ( I think he just didn't have the answer nor did he seek the answer from someone who might have had experience) I then asked a man shopping if he could help me. He was wonderful and helped me.

Binghamton store is terrible compared to clay or Cortland stores. Claim they delivered my order, but nothing was delivered. Other 2 store's delivered my stuff on time, no problems. I have many security cameras and no where does it show them arriving at my location for any delivery. Won't provide proof of delivery as in my signature, which the other 2 store's had me sign. Also, I was called by the other 2 store's prior to delivery to let me know they were on the way. Binghamton store didn't call or show up. Now had to file complaint with corporate / customer service all this for the least expensive item of my over $5,000 order. Said it was delivered on Wednesday and now it was delivered on Friday. So they supposedly delivered it on Wednesday, how can you deliver the same item twice ? Shows not trust worthy and fraud
