Scheduled to have tires put on my car 8 days in advance, and was told drop off at 8am pick up by noon. Once I arrived they were adamant that they told me drop off at 8 and be done by 6pm, and that I was speaking to the same person that scheduled me. If you overbooked that’s fine but you don’t have to tell me that I’m a liar. Run a tighter schedule or don’t flat out lie to your customers face.

I went there to purchase the lifetime alignment for my truck, which I had just replaced the tires on. I drove over an hour to get here and when I did I learned that if anything is not stock, they won't perform the service. Now, I don't have a lift kit, or even a leveling kit, but the tires are 285/65/18 instead of the stock 265/65/18. Now, I'm not a mechanic, but it's hard to fathom how that affects your camber/caster or toe in/out but they said their machine can't do it. So, I left without getting the service done. Now, I know that they don't control their website, but perhaps a discaimer would be helpful. I wouldn't have wasted my time coming here. If your vehicle is 100% stock, I'd say go for it, it's a good deal. There in no where to park either, its actually a rather inconvient location. The tech was nice enough.

The absolute best! I have been coming here for well over 10 years now. I will not go anywhere else. The staff is amazing. They will make sure that you are safe and your vehicle is well taken care of. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field. The mechanics are on point and everyone is extremely respectful and considerate.
