I ordered in advance for my father's 81 birthday. I was so excited I could order balloons with his cake as I live 600 miles away. I called him all excited only to find out he didn't receive the balloons. I called customer service and I was told unfortunately they were out of helium. I ordered in advance, I was never contacted that there was a problem fulfilling my order or do discuss a different gift but yet I was charged full price. I was told the next day someone would reach out to me from the local vestal store but that never happened. Very poor business ethics and definitely lost a customer.

My daughter ordered an arrangement for her 89 year old grandmother’s birthday well in advance of the delivery date. The recipient did not receive the order until 6:00 pm. That is not acceptable. The day is almost over by then not to mention it’s dark outside at that time and for an 89 year old that is late. I could see if the order was placed a day or two prior but being it was ordered well over a week in advance delivery that late is unacceptable.

ordered the $10 mug with strawberries and what was delivered was a tin can?? are you kidding me? when called and asked they told me they no longer sell the mug anymore!! false advertising much? disappointed and they should look into updating their website to not false advertise things they are no longer selling and i expected a refund for that item. very disappointed customer.

Ok I am soo oooo upset right now!!! For all my friends and family who.live in the Binghamton/Vestal NY area DO NOT use Edible Arrangements in Vestal. I placed an order for a bouquet for a new mom & dad who just had their first baby. A beautiful healthy baby boy. I placed the orderto be delivered the day they were getting discharged from the hospital AND stated on delivery instructions they were getting discharged to please deliver late. I also gave a phone # they could call the mom. Told the dad it was being delivered and they had phone #. No problem, the hospital is literally less than 5 minutes from their home. They came home to a note on door to call next day for delivery. I called the next morning and said but I gave phone # and was told "that's not our policy". I then said I paid for a fresh bouquet to be delivered not a day old one. With attitude I was told "all of our fruit has a 3 day shelf life". To which I replied, ok but you just took 1 day away. More attitude, I was told she'd look at the bouquet and if anything looks off, she'll switch out the spears. I stated but I paid for a FRESH bouquet. At this point, even tho she is NOT happy with me, she assures me she is going to make up a new fresh bouquet for delivery. The bouquet was delivered yesterday. The new mom notices right off the bananas look a bit funny but it's very hot and bananas turn fast. She doesn't say anything. She goes to eat a strawberry this morning and it's moldy! Needless to say whole thing goes in garbage... can't blame her I'd have done the same! Call and the women, again with attitude, says well our policy is to send out a box of chocolate covered strawberries. WHAT REALLY. Where did that new fresh bouquet you promised to make go and after the new mom gets a moldy strawberry you want to deliver her more strawberries. I did get a full refund, a disappointed new mom & dad, and aggravation. And someone needs to teach the owner not to take attitude with your customers. I will NEVER use Vestal Edible Arrangements again!!!!
