Totally butchered orders today. Had to remake everything. As I was leaving woman with glasses printed a Mobil order and tagged the drink I handed back. Definitely wasn’t what they ordered either.

While ordering coffee you can tell from the sound of the persons voice she was annoyed. Got to the window I'm guessing it's a manager who took my order. She didn't even say anything, not the price., Not even have a nice day just walk away. Then with that same attitude she talks to her employees with. She doesn't have to say anything, her face tells it all. I understand we all have bad days or don't even want to be at work. But if you truly don't like your job. Just leave.. also, you leave an example how you would want your employees to act but with the stink attitude they will I'm sure give you an attitude back.

It was a rainy mid-morning the driving line was really long but it went smoothly I know that the inside part was packed because it was full of cars in the parking lot. But the service at the window was fast and friendly my breakfast sandwich was hot my coffee was wonderful my granddaughters strawberry drink was made very well great service very friendly despite the fact that they were so busy everything was perfect

These folk are usually very good. Today, the cashier accidentally charged me twice for one of my donuts. I wouldn't have even noticed the error - he brought up the order again and caught it. He apologized repeatedly, offered a refund or another donut. Very classy way of handling it - o was impressed.
