Zero stars. They get my drink wrong every time and they are seriously so slow!!! And they still get it wrong!! This time I’m finally writing a review because I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and there was no caramel and the espresso was coming out of the lid all over.

Would give zero stars if I could. 2 cars at window and 2 cars in front of us. Waited 15 minutes to order large ice tea with lemon and be told “we don’t do lemon anymore”. It is summer. People want lemon in ice tea. Stay far away from this store. Wait times are unnecessary and no one seems to car!

Went to Dunkin expecting to wait 10-15 minutes Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru and when we got to the window they still didn’t know what our order was.

Through the Drive Thru today, I ordered a Lg Ice Coffee with 5 cream and 5 French Vanilla swirl. The woman even repeated it back to me so, I knew she heard me correctly. There were only 4 cars ahead of me and they were getting cars out quickly (that is what the 1 star is for). So, when I get to work and take a sip of my coffee, I want to spit it out. The picture below is what I actually got! I truly hope a manager sees this and offers me a free lg ice coffee in this disasters place!
