Best car buying experience we could have asked for! Micah, Bruce, and John were exceptionally helpful, professional, and honest. I hope to make all future car purchases from Goldies. Truly amazing service before, during, and even after our purchase. They were very kind and accommodating with our children and made the process efficient while also ensuring no detail was missed. We were in and out in no time with our new car! They are great people running an honest and upstanding business and I’ll be recommending them to all of our family and friends. Five stars!

Terrible Experience. Tried to buy my car from a guy named Larry, he was lazy, rude, and incompetent. Thankfully his higher up John came to the rescue and helped me complete the purchase. Though when I test drove the car everything electrical worked on my car, but directly after purchasing none of it worked and can see visible wires cut, I have no choice but to blame Larry as I had seen him go out to the show room many times after I had left his office, and he knew which car I was buying. Thank you John.

Very disappointed in Goldie's, as I loved their reviews and family atmosphere . Went to check out a work truck for my side business , the place was clean and organized, everyone was polite and really seemed to want to assist me , which l liked . John was helpful in explaining my options and what i could expect as far as payments and what not. I had to leave on errands before the deal could be approved and was told id be called back "in about 20 mins" to know if i was approved and good to go. Its about 2 weeks and 3 phone calls later now , and NOTHING, I even reached out asking if they needed anymore info thinking I was the one holding up the process. No return call , no email , and the truck is still for sale. I know this process can sometimes lag , but what bothered me is the lack of communication. Also the fact that twice I was told id be called back and never was. they have my number and email , so that isn't the issue . Oh well.. Edit: 9/16/2022 , decided to call again one last time , as i REALLY needed the truck, finally got ahold a John who apologized for not getting back to me after all this time , which I understand things happen , and i appreciate his apology, BUT He then goes on to tell me they're going to need $5000 down , on a $17000 truck when i have a trade in that would easily be worth 1,500 or more as a trade in (ive checked with local dealers), HARD pass Goldies.. . I am totally baffled by this place and how they do business. If youre a low income person just trying to put food on your families table, AVOID this place at all costs.
