I have been staying here for awhile and the woman who owns it is very much a tyrant. She seemed to be nice at first but on several occasions I witnessed her yelling at her workers and then out of the blue when someone did not agree she would fire them. She lost two great workers. She targeted several people for no reason except because she felt like it. A lot of police activity and the owner lies a lot. One nice thing I can say is the bathrooms are clean. She also gets a little manic one time she was wildly cutting the yard and then screamed that my dog was barking all the time and I told her no she doesn't and then she found out it was not my she is a tyrant an is coming unglued.thank God I found a way better place that has more amenities and genuinely decent people.

So I give this place a 2 stare rating because when I came I was applying for a place to stay with my camper till the 3red of june and they charge me all my money that I had and gave me 13 days and now I don't have any money to move to another place till the 3rd of next month but I still have to leave with no money in my pocket and no other place to move my camper to . I drove very far to get here and I'm not causing any problems . The staff is nice when they want to be and if you have good people rent a spot from you who has a steady income you shouldn't kick them out but the place is kept nice and all but it doesn't cover for the unfairness and discrimination that happens here.

Everything worked well. Bathrooms and showers were clean. The playground was fun for the kids. The service was friendly. It's not a place I would call nice overall. Functional.

Wow lots of bad reviews, but we thought the place was nice. True no shade trees & some spots were very tight but other things made it a good stay. I will post enough pictures so you can be the judge. Terraced rows of sites puts you not Looking into others RVs. Very clean & maintained park. Full timers are on the very top tier, giving them move room & privacy. Staff was very nice, the young man (Adam) even gave me tips on good hiking near by. There is a large fenced in dog park with large field beside it. Dog park is a little walk away & lights didn't work, but it was nice enough. Showers & bathrooms were clean, water was very hot/plenty of it. Great water pressure, outstanding. There is a hidden moss covered trail off the dog park area that we enjoyed stretching our legs after our drive in. Mt Saint Helens is very close as is the local town of Castle Rock. Very quite park & got a good nights sleep. Kids play area was great (see pic). Cheapest gas locally was near park at turn off, you don't need to go into town. Call them and ask if you can get site C-2 or C-3. They also have a couple pull throughs. We only stayed couple nights, because we were just passing through. Got a full day hiking in on Blast Zone Trail, near Mt Saint Helens. **DON'T EAT AT Chinese restaurant in town worst food ever**

You would have to call them. Utilities are included in the price.
It all depends on availablity. Id call the park and Talk to one of the very kind polite staff members. They can quickly and effenctialy tell you anything you need to know.
We stayed there with a 35' Class A, no problem. The short term sites on the C and D lanes are all long enough to handle that length. The way that KOAs are booked, at least through the KOA web site, you put in your vehicle details when booking and the booking system will only offer you sites you will fit in.
Yes they have showers but they're limited to the people that are camping in tents
This KOA does not have cabins.
They do have monthly rates. You would have to call them to see the price by monthly
Yes
But how much do they charge for a 25 ft rv travel trailer per week, with power, sewer, water included?
The Ape Caves are on the south side of the mountain. Try staying in Woodland there are a couple nice parks, Woodland Shores right in Woodland the other is on the dike road right onthe Columbia river. That KOA you asked about is all up n down hill hard to even walk around too steep. You would enjoy your trip more going to Woodland also you can get closer to the crater at Windy Ridge plus there is Lava Canyon and alot of great fishing and swimming lakes. TheKOA has a pool table thats it!
All the sites are pretty narrow. I don't think I have my copy of their campground rules around anymore, but I recall that they limited tents to tent sites and RVs to RV sites. When we last stayed our site was too narrow to accomidate a tent or additional furnishings beyond their provided picnic table.
