I called them to trouble shoot some issues aswell as prepare a USB drive with Windows 10 on it, Great assistance, great support, very knowledgeable and enjoyable people to be around! 10 outta 10 would highly reccomend I'll be going back for some PC parts for sure! --------- Edit to the review! These guys are amazing, i brought my laptop and my PC for some driver installs and a possible trade in towards fixing the PC, Tyler Christian and Justin all have been extensively helping me, they got my laptop up and running and are diagnosing my PC with precision and care, they noticed some bent pins on my cpu socket and informed me about possible shortages due to the bent pins, it's actually wonderful how much caution and care they have tooken with my items not to mention the time! For anyone reading this review, please check these guys FIRST, don't go anywhere else before you talk to them, pricing, precision, care and apprehensive awareness are all on point, I'm 1000 percent satisfied and even if i wasn't, there isn't anything bad to say, they will do everything in thier power and then some to make sure your needs are met, great job guys! I'll have another edit once I see what is going on with my PC FINGERS CROSSED!!

It depends on what's broken. If it is physically broken it isn't usually cost effective to repair. If it is not working the way it should, come and see us! Monday through Friday 8 to 6 and Saturday 8 to 2.

A basic reinstall, if your computer has a Windows 7 key sticker on it, is $90. This includes Windows reinstallation, drivers, and up to 10 GB of your old data transferred to the new installation. A full reinstallation with all Windows updates included is $125. If you don't have a Windows 7 product key it is $150

Depends on how much data is going to be backed up, give them a call and they can give you a more accurate answer. Sorry to be so vague.
There are a few things you should try. The easiest is to reset your ram. But in most cases updating your bios to the latest version can help. If your computer has on board graphics, take the card out, turn the computer on and see if there is video, if so, update your bios. Call Startech or bring it by if this didn't help.
Power was out Monday. Worked on your computer yesterday. Power was out again today for several hours. Had to close once the batteries ran out. Edit: power was restored late afternoon. We will be there at 8 am Thursday morning. I will call you with an update as long as we are able.
