The bartender Brad was amazing. He makes you want to stay in the bar and not venture out! My room should have had some comfortable seating! The bathroom is missing ventilation. Other than those 2 things, great room with balcony, great service and really great service at the bar by Brad!

The WORST check-in experience I’ve ever been through in my life. Arrived at hotel at 12pm and were told that our room wasn’t ready yet but shouldn’t be too long. Checked in again at 2pm and the room wasn’t ready yet, excuse being that they only have 5 lake view rooms and some “elite members” have asked for late check out!! Finally after waiting till 4pm and asking to speck with a supervisor, a room suddenly became available. Highly Unrecommended… overpriced, mediocre room view 👎

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room. We were on the lakeside which was nice to have a view but it is really noisy and would choose the other side just for more rest. Rooftop lounge was lovely and I would recommend staying here as it right there in town close to shops and restaurants.

Not our first time in LG, but this is our first stay at this hotel. Super clean room, our suite had 2 tvs (which my daughter loved...she enjoyed having her own little space and not needing to share the TV). The lake view is gorgeous, so relaxing. Rooftop is so cozy, and view is even more stunning up there. Pool was very clean, front desk was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a question, and the person covering the desk at the time was so thorough in his explanation. We're leaving tomorrow, and sad to go. But definitely looking forward to booking another stay here!
